Seek out raptors giving little birds fright, dagger-faced herons, and if we are lucky, we'll get the ominous glare from a mockingbird who we dare not play any tricks on! Costumes are optional, but encouraged* to get in the spirit!
We will meet at the picnic tables just outside the Salt Marsh Nature Center. The event will take place on fairly level gravel trails with one small hill. There are bathrooms on site at the Salt Marsh Nature Center. The B3 bus makes stops right in front of the Nature center that connects to the Q train. There is a parking lot across the street with accessible parking spaces. Bike racks are located just outside the Salt Marsh Nature Center. If there is bad climate weather, we will notify all the evening before via email for any cancellations.
Reservations are required, if you register and then can no longer attend, please let us know so we can allow others to join us.
Please RSVP on EventBrite.
*We do ask that costumes are not too big/distracting where they will impair the views of other attendees or potential to frighten birds.
