What: Feminist Bird Club Atlanta Chapter - May Birding Event in partnership w/ Community Books of Stone Mountain!
When: Saturday, May 20th, 2023 - 9:30am meet, greet, and browse! At 10:00am we will hear about the bookstore, and after that-- the birding begins!
Where: Community Books across from Stone Mountain Park 978-A Main St, Stone Mountain, GA 30083

Route: Paved and unpaved path; 2.5 hours, approx. 1.5~ miles with opportunity to walk further depending on group interest (Park map: https://stonemountainpark.com/maps/)
What to bring: Sun protection and/or light rain jacket (depending on the forecast), comfortable walking shoes, water, snacks, guide book + binoculars (if you have them, but we have pairs to loan for folks who need them)
Cost: FREE. There is no fee for walk-ins to the park.
