Join us at the UW-Madison Arboretum on Wednesday, April 13th from 6:30-8:30pm to look and listen for American woodcocks as they perform their spectacular mating ritual at dusk. This so-called “sky dance” features a mix of buzzy “peent” calls on the ground and dramatic acrobatics in the air! Other highlights may include Wilson's snipes, swamp sparrows, and other migratory species.
